Situated in a prime location just 12km from Siena and in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine Producing region and extremely close to the famous Castello di Brolio castle owned by the Ricasoli family, this former mill with its own stream that runs along side the property is the ideal home for a gathering of friends and family.
The accommodation comprises the main house (living room with open fireplace, piano, cd player with French windows out into the garden, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, wood burning oven, fridge freezer, American and Italian coffee making machines), dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath and shower and a den (with three single beds) on the first floor with a steep rung ladder step up to it making it the ideal hang out for kids !
There is a separate annexe that sleeps 2 with en suite facilities with shower and which also has air conditioning. There is also a barn that is used for al fresco dining as it is perfectly secluded and provides a great place to seek the shade when not outdoors in the garden with pool and outdoor dining areas !
