This is a completely independent and totally isolated villa set amid grounds and grounds of woods and farmland and bordering onto an Italian nature reserve where you can go on most pleasant hikes and walks to discover totally uncontaminated nature. The owner has two beautiful and well looked after dogs (they are Maremma hunting dogs) and they are used to dissuade any would be intruders from entering the house. The dogs have their own outdoor area with kennels etc however they also do come out for walks, escorted by the villa’s maintenance man.

In the grounds there is of course a pool and lots of outdoor areas for al fresco dining, relaxation and conversing or reading a book under the shade of some huge secular oak trees.
The house itself is built on two levels…….the ground floor comprises the kitchen which adapts itself perfectly for cooking lessons for those interested in learning the skills of Italian cuisine (oven, dishwasher, microwave), a huge living room with open fireplace, billiards table, lots of antiques and lots of comfortable areas for relaxing in and which is open plan onto the dining area. A bathroom with shower.

On the first floor is a further open plan living area with tv, a further kitchen/breakfast room, 1 bedroom with twin beds, doors onto a terrace , 1 bathroom with shower. 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and which shares the terrace. 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, another 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
