Set in a wonderful position some 500mt above sea level this agriturismo is set within a perfect triangle for trips to Siena (35km), Arezzo (25km) and Florence (60km). Set atop a hill it is a pleasant walk into the ancient hamlet of San Pancrazio (bar, restaurant, small local food shop). Further afield you can visit all the small towns and villages off the main tourist routes (Monte San Savino with its acquapark which is a great day out for the family), Lucignano, it is also within easy reach of the designer outlets !
The estate is a working farm with vineyards and olive groves and the buildings can be traced back to the 1400s. The main house has been lovingly restored and now contains 5 holiday homes, 3 on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. There is a swimming pool, a play area for children, a boules court and a great wine cellar where once a week you are invited to taste the wine and olive oil
